“LIST AN ITEM†button Not Working
Called and messaged eBay multiple times and they lied straight to my face about not ever hearing about this issue and that I’m the only one who is experiencing this problem .
I updated my phone to IOS 26.0.1 two days ago , but I can see that this is ongoing issue ( that update came out about 3 weeks ago ). Representative said she has updated her phone too and everything works fine . When I asked her what’s the latest update she has , she said 18 , I said mine is 26 then she quickly said she has the same update. What is wrong with people ?! Are they instructed to lie instead of taking their responsibility for this issue ?

·10 months agoAs a workaround, try changing the text size or zoom level to see if that helps. Users report issues if the magnification is greater than 100%, with a text entry field not appearing when listing.

·10 months agoThe iOS app is constantly showing new problems, and you should consider using the desktop site when you must do something. It is far more stable.
