Refunds
I would like to caution all those considering to make a purchase from ebay and seller #drhi6193. I recently purcahsed an OBD2 auto code scanner for $50.00 from this seller and the item was faulty. I requested a replacement or refund. Neither was honored. After much back and forth, I relinquished further attempts to get a refund. Help with its resolution was requested from ebay who declined any viable assistance and brushed the matter off to the seller. Please be careful. ebay is allowing unscrupulous sellers to be part of its platform and customers are getting riped off. Go to Amazon or any other platform to make your purchases. Do not trust this seller. Do not trust ebay.
