Hello eBay Support,
I recently created an eBay account, but it was restricted shortly afterward. Before the restriction, one of my listed items was purchased and the buyer completed the payment.
Because my account is restricted, I am unable to access or receive the payment or complete the transaction. To avoid any late shipment issues or negative impact on the buyer's experience, I kindly request that you cancel the order and issue a full refund to the buyer.

·2 weeks agoHi, as a new seller, ebay will allow you to ship using funds from what the buyer paid but won't release the full amount until the item is received by the buyer.
