Refund buyer
I cannot figure out how to issue a refund to one of my buyers!!! I can't reach anyone on eBay who can help me!! I'm very frustrated. My error to begin with, and I sold the same item twice. The buyer is disappointed, and I'm worried that I can't get his money back to him as quickly as I would like. Can someone out there help me? eBay will NOT!!
