how to finish a return?
I refunded a customer, who did not want the items ordered after receiving them. I had ebay process the complete refund. The buyer messaged me and wants to know how to ship the unwanted items back ? Customer is asking where is the shipping label to ship unwanted items back? how does the customer find this shipping label?
