For those without a U.S. passport, how exactly do you select your nationality during registration?
I have a Social Security Number (SSN) and a passport from another country, but I haven't filed my tax return yet. Is it okay to select “Other Nationality” and enter the last four digits of my U.S. Social Security Number to register?
