I purchased a dishwasher pump on eBay. The seller listed the item as new, but when it arrived in my country, I noticed that it was damaged and scratched. My main concern is: Is this pump really new?
I am worried because the product I received does not appear to be in the condition described in the listing, which specifically stated that it was new.
I have tried contacting the seller and left a message, but I have not received a response. I have also tried to get help directly from eBay, but so far I have not been able to reach anyone. Since I am in another country, my country is not listed among the available options for receiving a call from eBay.
With Amazon, whenever I have had an issue, I have been able to chat directly with a customer service agent. With eBay, I cannot find a similar option, or I don't know how to access it. I would really like to speak directly with an eBay customer service representative.
Does anyone know how I can contact an eBay agent through live chat, or what I should do to file a claim and get a solution for receiving an item that appears used or damaged when it was sold as new?
I would really appreciate any help or guidance. Thank you!
