Buyer Received the Item but eBay Still Refunded Them – Why?
We are experiencing a recurring issue with some buyers. In many cases, the customer confirms that they have received the original item or the replacement item. However, after receiving the product, they still open an "Item Not Received" case.
Even when we provide tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer messages confirming receipt, and other supporting evidence, the case is often decided in the buyer's favor, and a full refund is issued. This results in a financial loss for us despite having fulfilled our responsibilities as the seller.
