I found a technical glitch in eBay's platform - but no one will listen
There is a glitch in the platform which prevents Buyers from paying for items. Customer service does not know how to fix the problem and they are too scared to let me send them screenshots and walk through the issue with a manager. Strange because this glitch prevents people from doing business on the site -
I have spoken to 8 Customer Service Reps, 3 hung-up because they did not understand the issue , could not fix the issue - and they glitch is still there.
