I Underestimated weight & dimensions - What now?
I screwed up and grossly underestimated the weight and dimensions on the shipping calculator. My item sold and the buyer was charged just under $8 for shipping and it turns out the actual cost of shipping is $23 - all this on a $45 item. I will lose money on the transaction, big time. Do I just swallow the loss or are there other ways to handle the transaction? Thanks in advance.
