Ebay authentication $20,000 Birkin missing
Has anyone had any experience with Ebay authenticity program in Las Vegas? I shipped my item it was $20,000 Birkin bag. It went registered Mail with signature. Got to the location not sure if it was after closing. It was at the post office on a Monday to be picked up. It was followed up with the package being brought back on Wednesday, which was signed for, and the tracking says that it was delivered to front desk reception area. It stayed there and still there after one week. I called Ebay and they're saying that they don't have the package. I have proof that the item was signed for at the front desk called up. Ebay authentication team told me that there's nothing they can do until the buyer opens up a non-receipt case and then they will see what they can do after that. mind you I have to wait another 10 days for the Buyer to do so she can't open it until the delivery date which would make it in total 27 days you tell me how they can lose a big box like that. Tell me why they can't go on the cameras and look at the time that it was delivered and who signed for not taking no accountability! Within this year, I have nothing but problems with the authenticity program. I had a T-shirt Hermes a $600 T-shirt, which says that it was delivered they claimed they never received it. The post office had proof that it was delivered so I couldn't claim with the post office as well as Ebay didn't take accountability. I lost my T-shirt and I lost my money other situation a Chanel denim jacket that I personally purchased from Chanel itself with receipt tags attached everything they sent it back to me saying they couldn't verify authenticity. Something needs to be done. I am so upset right now that I now have to sit and wait 10 more days of torture on a $20,000 bag that they're saying that they never got the signature says it was delivered to that address, the only concern they had is why was it the signature not showing up on the USPS website? How is that my problem? I was able to get a copy through USPS through my email and will be providing that has anyone been through the same thing will I be covered by Ebay authenticity or will I have to hire an attorney please? Any help would be helpful thank you.
