Too many scam sellers recently

I've used eBay regularly for over 30 years.In the last year I've had more problems with scammers than I've EVER had and eBay keeps making it harder for CUSTOMERS to complain instead of cleaning up these scammers.They need to insist on correct shipping info....not references to ups or usps when it's actually being delivered by a local driver working for Walmart.Basically...I'd like eBay to demand truthful information from sellers. This chaos with ups handing off to usps and the resulting missing paperwork.is NOT an acceptable way to treat buyers who have already paid you....unless your goal as seller IS essentially to cheat buyers under the guise of selling them something they don't intend them to receive.I've had more complicated transactions this year and eBay keeps making it HARDER for us to FIND the way to even make quick complaints so others aren't also being cheated.Protect ebay!!Help us work together with yo to keep scammers from destroying its reputation.
