Sellers return label and how to communicate
I returned an item for refund. Printed shipping label and shipped package back. Waited for a refund. Did not get a refund. Emailed the seller and they state they were going to look for the package. I requested the sellers shipping label info that I used and they are not communicating. I have reached out to them 7 times…when I ask eBay for help they say the return has closed. What do I do?
