Getting Real-Time Proper Support
I have been trying for over an hour to navigate through all the AI chats and the chatbox with an agent to get a need addressed. I just wanted to talk with a live representative -- to get on a phone call with someone. I am so frustrated about the fact that I can't get a simple request like that attended to. I am relatively new to ebay and love selling on the platform, but this is really a turn off. If I ask to speak with someone, I should be able to have an easy place to request a call back.
