Authentication Process
My ring 18K Aquamarine victorian. Sent to authenticator verified for 18K but not aquamarine. Spoke to their secretary asking if not correct center stone what was it? No notes not even saying glass. Was told to relist but not mention a stone type. Colored stones need to be sent out and tested. My concern, if the authenticator can tell us what it isn't then he/she should be able to verify what it is? Losing a sale like this is unbelievable. It was unverified very quickly, Trying to get Ebay involved to no avail.
