So, some context:
I have these absolutely ginormous dragon eye pendants. They're a huge hit locally, and I would love to sell them online.
The thing is, I have no idea how I'd pack one of these things.
They're so big that they don't fit in my usual pendant boxes. On top of that, the "stone" itself is a thick glass, and I would be appalled if one not only broke in transit, but hurt someone.
I know they can be shipped; I'm just not sure how.
For those of you with experience shipping jewelry, how do you tackle precarious items? Things with lampwork glass beads, big stones, or delicate crystals? Is it just a matter of enough padding?
Do you find a "fragile" label makes a difference for things like jewelry, glass, or ceramics?

We tape the indestructo box with packaging tape and address this box as if it was the final box being shipped in case the padded envelope gets torn and marred. We have had no problems and many compliments on our packing since going to this system.
