12K ripoff
My wife purchased a Rolex watch for me thru eBay and my jeweler is now telling me that it's a clone. Unfortunately, we are outside the return/refund limit but since eBay authenticated this item I feel we should get our money back. How do you like my chances?

·1 month agoauthenticated watches can be returned for does not fit.I sold my JJ Valjoux 88 and it had a long strap on it to fit my 8 inch wrist.since I have 30 days free return I was on the hook for a $3000 retunr,what a kick in the pants that was.all the seller had to do was get a shorter strap

If ebay authenticated it, it wouldn't have been eligible for a NAD (not as described) claim even if you were within the 30 MBG (money back guarantee) timeframe.
At this point, you should file a dispute with your payment provider.
