The Rain has gone, here anyway, Eye Candy Wednesday
Keep images smaller, if you can, to speed loading. As usual, nothing from a live sale. Not that we need to worry much now, since I don't think anyone new can even find the board never mind break the rules.

·1 month ago · EditedHello all! Thought I'd come back to forums and share a few things. Sales are lacking a bit this Summer but I know I haven't been listing as much either.
While visiting my parent's in June I found these while sorting through storage:
Believed to be from my grandmother's costume jewelery collection.
Metal flower pin, the white portion is a separate layer on top of orange. Kept a blue one for myself :)
Plastic rhinestone silvertone clip on earrings
Floral English porcelain clip on earrings
Faux pearl goldtone clip. I suspect it had a pair now missing.

·1 month agoHaha! You're right about that, ev! It feels like being shipwrecked on a desert island 😂. Tell us more about your finds there. They look interesting.
These were recent sales. N/A Navajo Nakai E. Billy. Sterling and amethyst
Michael Golan sterling and coral
Art Deco 14k rose gold, ruby and diamond ring

OP1 month ago · EditedOOh nice! The best yard sale jewelry I've found all year was a Kohl's sterling ring, at least allegedly, worth about metal weight. So they had it marked $30.
The pins, as the post was supposed to say, shows two old finds. One is a pebble brooch in the shape of an anchor. I think the deer is gutta percha. Maybe vulcanite. It's missing a dangle or safety chain, but at 120+ years...whatever.
