Tag Sale Season is upon us - find any Eye Candy (Wednesday)?

Jewelry here is thin on the ground. If you can find a tag sale at all, it's "no jewelry". Or...they promise it and don't have it anyway. Post something if you find it. Keep the images smaller to speed loading, and as usual nothing from a live sale.
The paperweight is the closest to nice jewelry I've found so far. The butterfly was in a group from an antique/junk shop. The stone cups in the enamel were all empty. I had some loose CZs and E6000 and off she went. It's brass and the wings move. There are two loops on the back where it's meant to be sewn down.
The third image is of a haul from the days when tag sales produced them. Bakelite leaf, two stone necklaces, sterling ring and NA bug, and IIRC ivory daffodil earrings.

OP4 months agoThis month has been a horror. Saturday was a total washout. Rain and wind. I didn't get out of bed, thanks to multiple auto-immunes and knowing there was nothing to buy. I got out at 10AM and came home with yogurt.

·4 months agoThat kind of weather can wreak havoc on a compromised immune system. So sorry 😓.
I can commiserate. I had to attend a funeral rather than go yardsaling. Had to put the blinders on every time I passed one on the way.

OP4 months agoHavoc is an understatement.
At least you have yard sales to pass.

·4 months agoThat paperweight is a great find! Sounds like you're off to a good start at the estate sales.
I went to a yardsale the summer before last that had the most amazing jewelry at giveaway prices. These are just a few of the dozens of pieces I bought.
