help in describing and advice on this necklace

Question

Been some time since I have posted and know I can get some help with this necklace. Thinking it is not glass but so pretty with the rhinestone flowers on top. Just need help on description and knowing it is not signed - still any idea on maker or age. To me it looks Victorian in style but just at a loss on type of bead and age of necklace. Thanks in advice for ideas and help.

It looks like glass to me..both the twisted beads & the frosted flowers. I`m pretty sure the extender chain is a replacement.

If you Google vintage twisted beads (image search) you can see several examples & many say from Germany.

As to age.. sorry no help on that. If it had the original clasp, that might help..but wait for other opinions..it`s MOnday morning & my brain is not ready to work yet LOL
