Help an Old Member (pic intensive)
Hi everyone, been a long while since the old forum went out. I found this one finally and snoop at times over the years. Well the joolie fever has hit again, so I have drug out all my stuff that I packed away (what I did not lose). So, looking at the great finish thread this past week, I saw the pic of that lovely saphiret posted (just to make everyone drool) and I thought to myself **where is my dragons breath**, bingo found them. There not much just some stick pins and little pins, one or two of the stick pins leads me to question, what are you? The dragons breath are easy to tell, but the other two ???? So here for your thoughts. All have open backs, which all saphirets seem to be closed back. Pic load beginning probably in a few reply spots.

·2 years agoCheck and see if it's color change glass. Neodymium/alexandrite glass. It's purple in natural light and blue in fluorescent.

OP2 years agoThanks I will check it out. Just in regular movement it seems to change. May just be a quandary 🤔

OP2 years agoApparently they were too large, not the best pics. The one in the middle does not act like dragons breath. It does have a chip on the left top of the bezel set. Also the one on the left does not react like DB as the ones I know are. Wondering if any has seen these type of glass stones. Thanks. Oh and evelyb, I remember you too.

·2 years agoAnother old fart here. (or old crock if you're a pottie) I've seen older dragon's breath that's open-backed before. THe yellow especially.
