Why isn't my Cartier bracelet included in authenticity guarantee?
Does anyone know? Thank you. BTW, it's listed for almost $5,000 and I'm located in the US.

OK spent a little time viewing differences between your listings and others that have AG.
It looks like you may need to add actual size of your bangle in the title or about this item stats. You have large in the description with (18) so if you put size 18 in the title or in the stats, this maybe what you need.
Also expand your exclusion of ship to ( you need all countries including Europe) you can only ship to and within the USA and you must be listed on ebay.com
You may want to change your shipping also to free shipping and accepts returns.
Personally I wouldn't list this beautiful piece without the added protection of AG program. Even though your a long time experienced ebayer, scammers and thieves are just waiting in the wings.
So I would do some adjustments on this listing maybe view others that have this same bangle that are under the AG and look at all their info to compare.

OP3 years agoThank you so much @silverstatetreasureboxes I ended up hearing back from the authenticity department via email. They said this is currently in the testing phase and that you have to be invited... I think this is only for the jewelry because my handbags are included in authenticity guarantee. The email said that once all the kinks are worked out they will start adding sellers. So, it's a little misleading because it doesn't say this in the FAQ section. I didn't realize my listings were open to international buyers. I will be fixing that. Again, thank you so much for your thoughtful and informative reply. 🙂 Jill

Thank you that's extremely interesting to hear this. I knew it expanded in July 2022 and your right it is misleading ( the info)

Although ebay did expand authentication services to include top name brands in 2022, it's probably limited styles. Yes they do authenticate Cartier jewelry but it may involve just a few styles such as their love bracelet and not every piece of Cartier inventory.

I might guess though that they do not authenticate Brands.
