Need info on puffed oval silver necklace

Hi,

A consignment client was wearing this last week and asked if I could tell her anything about it. She had bought it that day at an estate sale and it supposedly belonged to the elderly seller's mother.

It's a puffed oval piece, silver, with multicolored crystals on the front and hearts on the back.

I haven't been able to find out anything despite researching it so any info will be helpful.

Put that into Google Lens and you'll find a myriad of results. Most of them have a rounder hole where the bale joins - yours has more of an oval hole.

Never heard of that phobia before @silverstatetreasureboxes . Although that would only be triggered by putting an image of the back in Google Lens - not the front with the crystals. Just keep the clowns away, and we're good.

Hun, I don't think your piece is as old as that estate lady stated. That vale on the piece is newer along with the chain. ( well known that estate folks tend to embellish age of things along with original price!)

These pieces are often referred to as Fruit salad. I know that's a funny word but very much used by collectors. Kovals did a nice article on them a while back.

Here's a fine example on the bay I found.
