Jewelry is it fake, lab grown, what stone,

Hello I am just wondering is there a way that I can send some jewelry to eBay to see what kind it is and if it is real diamond or lab grown, what stone it is, and what it is worth? I am looking to post a couple of pieces of jewelry that say P4SR but the diamond tests as real.

No, Ebay doesn't do that.
