Is this a belt buckle ? Mixed metals ?
4 1/4" x 2 1/2". Looks like brass, silver tone and copper. Looks like a belt buckle but not sure how it would work. thank you in advance for any information.

Doxie I believe your correct on this. It's probably for a woven fabric type belt that would snap in the back like a cummerbund. Looks like it was artisan crafted, pretty.
