I sent a package to the wrong address. How do I correct it? the post office said they couldn't stop it. I'm rather new at this and haven't had this issue before.

The order was sent to the wrong customer and it"s still in transit. I sent a note to that customer explaining that an error was made and when she receives the order to hold on to it until she hears from me. Can I have her mail it to the right customer off of the platform or does everything have to be on ebay? Thanks for helping out .
