I looked again at several of these JH crosses. Looks like the one for $179 is the best deal and it does look authentic to me it's just dirty and needs a good polishing. That seller however doesn't have the best stats but I didn't go deeper into their FB.
Just remember you are protected by ebays 30 day MBG if you decided to return. I would make seller an offer and see if they bite.
If you do go with this one take it to a jeweler to examine.

It looks authentic to me, there is one on the bay for $179. Is there a reason that you question it?
