Gold and red St. Benedict crucifix
Has anyone bought and found fault with a gold and red st. benedict cross pendant. they look very nice but after a few weeks of wear the plating flakes off an the red turns very dark. the background medal is possibly lead (a toxin)

·1 year agoIs this something you purchased on eBay? If so, why waste your time asking if anyone else had a similar experience? You need to utilize eBay's Money Back Guarantee and open an item not as described (if it's still within 30 days of your receipt of the pendant).

Well that sounds dreadful, if you bought it on the bay then return it. You have a MBG for 30 days and it sounds like your cross might not make it!
Q: what country did you buy this from?
Do you have the listing so we may view it? Can you take a picture of it?

·1 year agoSome sellers warehouse items in the US, but they are from countries known for fakes (like China). Look at the seller's profile page - where are they registered?
