Can anyone identify the type of bead??
Hello, can anyone identify the type of bead this is? This is definitely a quality made, heavy set. The clasp is marked 18 kt. There is some color when held in the light, not as much as an aurora borealis but some blue and such. Thank you in advance

It looks like a faceted oval bead, so if you're still trying to ID it, adding that to your search might help. It'd also be a huge help to your search if you measured one of the beads and figured out how many millimeters it is across. I'm guessing the clasp itself is 18kt, rather than the beads.
If it's got some weight to it, it could certainly be a really nice quality czech glass, but could likely also be zircon, colorless sapphire, or quartz crystal, all of which have a "fire" (that flash of color you see when you shine a light on a gem). There are a couple of other gemstones that have a strong fire to them, but the fact that the beads are clear and that you say it's not aurora levels of color makes me think of those ones.
