Brooch Identification

I have a unsigned Brooch that I believe is a Juliana and requesting input from my eBay friends. It is 2.5" Long x 2" wide. It does have a "scratched" number on it: 14L160. I know some of Juliana's jewelry had hang tags that were removed by the buyer. Any information would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
