what is going on I bought 14 karat gold diamond earring studs along with other items from this seller so you are going to try to tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about and there's nobody with those items and you it cannot be located excuse me this is eBay not the dollar store it says that you check out everybody that's on your website but just to make sure make sure the percentage rate is 90 or 95 to 100 and that's what I did and now I'm getting the one around I don't even know where to report it to every phone number doesn't work for eBay I got disconnected when I was told to get in touch with an eBay lawyer what's going on I only have one choice and one choice only actually a couple of choices of places to call to fix this don't send me a message telling me that all my money got put back in my account I spent weeks please flowers picking up what I wanted to buy and you think you're just going to throw me away like that I don't think so it seems to me that the seller is more protected than the buyer isn't it supposed to be the opposite way around.?

You had dealt with the seller before and trust them.
Then what?
The studs did not arrive? That's an Item Not Received dispute. (INR)
The studs are Not As Described? That's an NAD dispute.
You can open either kind from your original invoice, for 30 days from the last estimated date for delivery (INR) or from delivery (NAD)
With an INR , the seller can win the dispute by showing Proof of Delivery.
With an NAD the seller is required to send you a Return Shipping Label and refund you when they arrive.
