Tied bid at same time
Im looking at the bid history for a recent auction I was bidding on and I saw that the winning bid was the same amount as my max bid as well as placed at the same second as mine. Is there any way I can get further information on what time exactly the two bid where placed? How does ebay decide to break a tie?
