SLEEZY SELLER FLACID E-BAY SELLER WORKING e-bay GLITCH

im a buyer of football cards, and its a great hobby, except there is a always couple of dealers-sellers who use every deception and chicanery to scam hoobyist- men women and children in the card collector field
SO, here here is my story. There was this sleezy seller. He advertises the larger lot of football cards and places 8-10 really really good cards prominently in the center of a glob of 1000 cards (or so) and offers what was described as 250.00 cards for 90.00. Well on any normal day, the "good" cards prominently displayed would be worth $100.00, so I was thinking I could even toss the 24O COMMONS and still be OK. WELL, that was not the deal. The deal is 250 cards promised -worth of junk, and NONE of the good cards displayed center. I must admit, when bidding, i was too loosey goosy with the detail reading part. But who always has the time to uncover a sneaky scam. who knew, you were not guaranteed the cards shown in the advertisement. I need t kick myself because i have been tricked like this before. i am a very visual guy, and if you're showing me the cards in the photo, i presume that is what I would be getting. The scam is in the printed detail if you look hard enough, but obviously the modest operandum is to deceive.
as it goes, i was tricked. nad saw it pretty much right away. I tried to cancel before he shipped. that didn't work, because he quick shipped. so, in transit to me, the guy who was in communication with me, said I could return, in writing. I paid 18.00 to ship back, and kind of fell asleep on the order. maybe a week and 1/2 went by, and nothing. So, I Tracked the return. It WAS delivered to the seller.
Oops, now I'm smelling problems. thinking better do "feedback", on this this guy, because he has disappeared. No communication. Come to find out, he "refused" the return, even though it was dropped at his door. He also changed his status from accepting returns, to no returns. He even hanged his scam ad page, and took out the bait and switch sucker cards he uses to bait busy individuals I filed a complaint and a return with ebay. The window I think had just closed a day prior. (8th day?) So this dude was now "not taking returns"; even though he said IN WRITING -ON EBAY MESSENGING, that he would take his crap back.
EBAY BASICALLY TELLS ME TO POUND IT! I GOT STUCK WITH COMMON JUNK CARDS, THAT I DONT EVEN HAVE. WERE RETUNED AND NOW, I PAID FOR THE FREIGHT TO DELIEVER TO ME, PAID FOR THE FREIGHT TO SEND BACK, AND PAID 100.00 FOR THE CARDS (POOF ALL GONE) . NOT TO MENTION THE COUNTLESS HOURS ON EBAY TRYING TO GET SOME RESOLUTION. WRITING THIS BECASE BEWARE, THERE ARE SOME DIRTY PEOPLE OUT THERE. BEWARE, EBAY WILL NOT HELP AND IS NOT A NUETRAL PARTY! I FEEL RIGHT OUT THE GATE, E-BAY SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THIS ORDER AND SAY IT WAS A FRAUDLENT DECEPTIVE AD. SHOULD HAVE SIDED WITH ME. I DONT CARE IF IT IS "BUYER BEWARE". EBAY SHOULD NOT CONDONE THIS IN SUCH A PLEASANT HOBBY (ESPECIALLY) .
