    Sold an item. Shipped to buyer. Buyer said i didn't send tracking info. The buyer received the item but embassy allowed them to get refund and keeping the item. Ebay won't let me dispute the case. The buyer got refund in full and keeping the item.

    Guess you failed to enter the tracking when you marked the item shipped, or you entered it wrong.


    You should have sent the tracking number when you were notified the case was opened.


    When Ebay refunds an INR claim, it is because the tracking does not show delivered.
