Bug in International Estimated Delivery Dates? Causing INR issues.
There has been a change in estimated delivery dates shown to buyers and the dates are now inaccurate, unrealistic and do not reflect actual transit times. This has caused an unreasonable amount of INR claims recently and is having a negative impact on both seller and buyer experience.

See this screenshot and note:
- It would appear that the standard and expedited EDDs are reversed.
- The item location is in Miami and the listing is currently set to *7* day handling.
- The screenshot was taken on Sunday, May 25 and the earliest EDD (June 2) doesn't even account for the handling time.
We're not quite sure when this issue started but it's fairly recent. Anyone else encountering this problem? It seems like a straight-up bug.
