I had a case with a seller. I bought a portable tea set from them and I did not receive any package from them. I opened a case and let eBay know that the tracking notifications were false because the item was delivered to another address. The Post Office is looking into it. The Postmaster at my PO tracked the delivery and he told me the GPS data showed that the package was not delivered to my address. He would not tell me the address listed to the tracking number because I was not the shipper. Obviously, eBay did not do anything but run a tracking report - which said the package had been delivered. I never contested that, what I contested was that the package was delivered to my address. eBay closed the case and basically said too bad - you got burned, but there is nothing we can do because we don't want to spend too much time on this matter. Sorry for your luck. I gave negative feedback to the seller, but it never showed up in their feedback. What good is feedback? I would caution anyone doing business with the seller because they have a history of selling items from Amazon and having them drop shipped to the eBay buyer directly from Amazon. Not sure if this was what they did here, but I didn't get it. eBay failed me this time.
