My Personal Opinion
For most items, I prefer Buy It Now with Best Offer. It gives me control over pricing while still allowing buyers to negotiate.

At the end of the day, the best format often depends on the item itself. A rare vintage collectible and a common pair of jeans usually require different selling strategies.
