refund
i ordered a hose real but never received it when i called company the said they delivered in trash binn in back of store ? so i looked and no delivery was there i reached out to company again severial times and they keep telling me they sent it and they are investagating it been a while now and i never hear back from them please help me ge my refund back

Who did you call, the seller in China or the delivery company?

They said it was delivered in the trash bin? That sounds suspicious in and of itself.
Hopefully, this hasn't gone on past 30 days from delivery, provided tracking was used.
As @albertabrightalberta states, how you proceed will depend on whether or not it was shipped with tracking.
