I always answer messages in the same day as sent. So why hasn't eBay shown that in my listing.
By eBay not acknowledging that I have replied to all emails from a buyer, their is no way I'm able to revise anything or edit.

OP3 years agoSince no one seems to understand that ebay has continued to show 'Answer buyer's questions' even though I've answered their questions months ago, I cannot end the listing and relist it because ebay doesn't wipe out the previous number of views or watches. If I end a listing a few hours before it expires, then ebay wipes out the previous number of views and starts with 0. I have called eBay, but the person I talked to had difficulty understanding what I wanted, but said it sounded like a technical issue and he would report it. Once again the item is about to expire and when eBay relists it the number of views will just keep adding up and I still can't check the history of when views were made.

·3 years agoEbay doesn't show ANY listing or ANY seller that they 'answer emails'; therefore that has NOTHING to do with you being able to edit.
If you are talking about the 5 Star program, that is NOT ebay; that is done by buyers (and it's their opinion on your 'communication').

·3 years agoMessages would have nothing to do with revising or editing a listing. If you want to show the question and your answer in the listing, you need to have that turned on or the box ticked when you send the reply, it is not automatic. Otherwise, nothing will be shown in the listing that you have answered any questions.
Or do you mean something about sending offers.
Could be the number of hours left on the listing, too close to end, preventing any edits or changes.
