Chicken swing?
I need help identifying what this is. I think it’s a chicken swing but can’t find a curved one. I’ve also heard it may be an antique sexer for chicks, not sure. It has 2 strings with a tiny hook like features on both ends (see photos).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
