·2 years agoSounds like you purchased an authenticated gucci bag.
You sold the bag again, but did not go through the process to authenticate it prior to listing it.
Even with a genuine item, if the seller can't prove authenticity, this can happen.

·2 years agoWhy do you say that? AG items don't go through the authenticity process prior to listing it. The way the program works is that it's authenticated after being sold and before being shipped to the buyer.
And in the case of @tellyk14 's listing, she received her purchase after it passed (as evidenced by the tag attached to the bag in the previous listing of the same item (386810213606) and for whatever reason, decided to resell it.
It was after passing authentication and being listed that the listing was removed as fake.
@luxury_handbags@ebay - Can you please help this OP? Thanks.

·2 years agoI'm hoping that @luxury_handbags@ebay will chime in since they're the ones who want to build confidence in both buyers and sellers about the program.

·2 years agoI saw the previous listing of the same bag in your completed listings. It had been sold. Why was it relisted? Did the original buyer not pay?
I'm not a Gucci expert but I can tell you that the listing doesn't show nearly enough pictures or details to prove authenticity.
Was the second (relisted) item removed before it sold? Or did it get rejected once the authenticators got in?
Please post a copy of the notice ebay sent. Redact any personal identifying information.
