Policy Violation Appeal
Apparently Someone reported one of my Coach purses as a fake. It is not my practice to sell fakes and this one is not. I have tried to reach out to eBay via chat and just get gibberish over and over and cannot get a real person to resolve this. They took my listing down and although they did not say I have any restrictions or suspensions, I have had no traffic since this happened a week ago. FYI, There are 119 active listings of the exact same bag as they violated me for. Coach 9303. How do I get this fixed? Thank you in advance

Since you haven't returned to your thread with pictures as requested, I did a bit of digging to find that "Coach 9303" that was removed.
I'll assume it's the same red bag you have listed on Poshmark and I can tell you that the bag was correctly removed because it's not authentic.
You should be aware that just because a bag has a seemingly "correct" style number, that doesn't mean it's authentic.
It's really sad when OPs come here looking for answers and those who try to help and offer answers never get a response from the OP.

Please post pictures of your bag and a clear and legible picture of the full creed and serial number.

It's very possible that the listing was removed in error but most of the time, the "authentic" bags that sellers claim were removed are indeed fake.

·5 months agoDid the message you received when the item was taken down mention VeRO (Verified Rights Owner)? If so, then the rights owner reported the listing and eBay has to take down the listing immediately. There is no appeal for a VeRO removal.
If the message did not mention VeRO then someone else reported the listing and you need to contact customer service to see what the problem is. You can contact customer service using this link and ask for a call back: eBay Customer Service Customer service is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific Time. Unfortunately you will still need to answer the AI bot questions in order to get help. eBay removed our way to get around the questions so you may need to ask for “Agent” several times before the system gets the message and lets you ask for the call back.

FYI, VeRO takedowns can be appealed by filing a counter notice with the rights owner in order to contest a claim. And in fact, a VeRO notification does have instructions and contact information in the message telling how and to whom to send the counter notice.
But in this case, until @tfinci850 posts pictures, we don't know that the removal was in error.
