no history

I purchased a cross body purse. The payment was received from seller through paypal. When I went back to account there was nothing there. All I have is the transaction ID from paypal, order # and invoice ID. Because there is no history on my ebay account, there is no way to get help. What can I do....

Do you mean that the payment was sent to the seller through paypal? How did you send it? Did you sent payment through the order when ebay said to pay now?

Did you buy the bag on the account with which you've posted?

Please post a link to the listing so we can see whether it was actually sold.

Did you make the PayPal payment through Ebay payments or were you foolishly persuaded to send the PayPal payment directly to the seller?
