Are you sure you haven't confused some of your sellers? The seller you've named is located in the US. The seller from whom you purchased a "LOUIS VUITTON LV Logo Papillon" is located in Japan and your feedback states "TERRIFIC PRODUCT, BETTER THAN NEW!"
First of all, if you have been here since 03/30/17 and this is your first problem as a buyer, congratulations! You have apparently been very careful in choosing your sellers.
Secondly, eBay offers the Money Back Guarantee for buyers. ALL buyers really should get acquainted with this, preferably before beginning to shop here.
In the listing, you saw a last estimated delivery date. If/when that date has passed by at least one day, you have 30 days to open an item not received case with eBay.
Go to that purchase in your Purchase History, and click on "didn't receive purchase". The seller has four days to respond to you.
If that doesn't happen, you return to your case with eBay and request that eBay step in. You will be refunded from the seller's funds.
Finally, please, go back and read the MBG. No one wants or expects this to happen to you again, but, if it does, why not make sure you are prepared?
