Is this janice B3X-9950 and this casino H4D-9924 real?

I thought the casino bag was released in 95 so I don't know if the the 4 should be 04? It's barely legible hopefully you can read it.

Both your bags are authentic. The Casino bag #9924 was new in 1994 so no problems there. The #9950 Janice (Riccardi-Disanto's) Legacy Bag was also new in 1994, yours was made in 2003.
