Incompetent Authenticity
I sold a YSL belt bag. Sent it off to have it authenticated. Shipped it in the original box it was shipped in, packed it with its original packaging covered in its dust bag. According to the supposed Authenticator it was an authentic bag, yet had blemishes/scratches on leather, tarnish on its hardware and was dirty. This bag is brand new, with its original coverings on the hardware, so there cannot be any scratches. According to my photos, there are no scratches to where there are scratches now. My bag now has many lint inside the bag. I don’t know how this incompetent person conducts her review, but she has damaged my bag and eBay refuses to take accountability for it.

·1 year agoIf eBay denies responsibility, you can file an appeal through its dispute resolution process and request a review.

Have you received it back yet and compared it to the pictures you posted in your listing? Is it the same bag?
