The closest I can find is a Continental Wallet, style 4826 but I don't believe yours is that exact style.

â€ƒThank you, albertabrightalberta, after much sleuthing I think I found the style (5817 Large Credit Card Wallet) from Coachâ€™s fall 1997 catalogâ€¦the wallet was still in great shape after all these years, a true testament to the quality of vintage Coach!
