Bought this COACH chain Tabby shoulder bag I bought looks like a fake what do you think
The bag smells funny. That was the first sign the the blue jean isn’t good quality fabrics. It’s thin and one color. The real one has a real blue jean washed or worn look. The snap in the front isn’t a magnet and is very hard to close . There is card board on the inside for shape and the stitching is bad. Hardware is light and not good quality. The fabrics on the inside of the bag are very rough and feel cheap. I’m a coach lover and have many bags. This one just seems fake to me.

OK, I know nothing about these purses, but I like learning....I do know about stamps and dies...I will say this, based on what @albertabrightalberta and others have said are real and what are fake, Coach has a standard of pressure they use on the creed, it is becoming very easy to see when this pressure is off on the stamp creed, either too much or too little. Obviously, there are more details to understand with the entire item, but the quality of that stamp points in a certain direction right off the bat

·5 months agoAlthough this creed isn't from the fake bag that @kaylelkin-8 received but I'm posting it because it has a nice clear, well-focused creed that clearly shows the "SADGE OF AUTHENTIOLY" and commitment to quality and "GRAFTSMANSHIP."

·5 months agoI felt the stitching wasn’t up to par, especially since the backstitching was sort of knotted.
But great catches on the misspellings.

I didn't want to be too pessimistic when I responded, but unfortunately, my initial inclination was correct. The bag you received is fake.
Go to the order, click the dropdown to "return this item" and choose one of the "not as described" reasons.
The seller will have to either issue a FULL refund without requiring a return or will have to pay for and supply a return shipping label for you to use to return it. Once tracking shows as delivered back to the seller, they will have 2 days to issue the full refund.
NEVER close a return when a seller claims that it needs to be done before they can issue a refund.
Any questions, come back and ask.
Again, it's a bad fake and I'm glad you caught it!

Ebay sometimes restricts the posting of pictures by newbies.
You can either post the item number of the bag you bought or you can send pictures to me in a private message and I'll add them to your thread.
Although I do see some authentic Tabby bags, what I will say is that there are TONS of fakes. (My unscientific estimate is that there are more fake Tabby bags than genuine.)
