I am posting here seeking advice and attention from an eBay Community Manager regarding a severe Fake Tracking Scam case.

The Issue: My case was automatically closed by the bot because the UPS tracking status shows "Delivered" within my ZIP code (97030). However, the package was NEVER delivered to my actual warehouse address.
My Concrete Evidence:
UPS Document: Official documentation shows an unauthorized signature that does NOT belong to any employee at my warehouse.
CCTV Footage: My warehouse cameras confirm that NO UPS truck arrived at 10:52 AM on August 4th.
Unresponsive Seller: The seller completely ignores all messages, hiding behind the fake delivery scan.

I have already submitted an appeal via email, but I am posting here so eBay staff can see that bad actors are exploiting ZIP-code tracking loopholes to steal $495. I request the seller to provide proof of delivery specifically showing my address.
