I shipped, wasnt delivered. Can I get a refund? If so how
I sold some sports cards. Never had a problem but then started using hobby mailers for better protection and 3 out of the 7 I have shipped with never arrived at their destination. I've refund the buyer as its not their fault but its not mine either. How do I get refunded? Is that even possible?
